Englewood, CO 80112 ("Grantors"), convey and quitclaim unto Wonderful Inn, Inc., a
Wyoming corporation, having an address of 1676 Sunset Dr., Rock Springs, WY 82901
("Grantee"), all minerals in the following described real estate, lying in the County of Lincoln,
State of Wyoming,:
A Parcel of land being part of Resurvey Tract 41 and 38 in Section 25, T21N-
R116, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, and within the Diamondville
Corporate Limits and more particularly described as Lot 2 of the Diamondville
South Subdivision depicted on the subdivision plat Receiving Number 922199
filed in the Lincoln County Clerk and Recorders office and containing 30.6 acres
