PARTIAL RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That A.R. Kennington and Ruth Kennington,
Trustees of the Kennington Family Trust dated February 24, 1993, does hereby certify that
mortgage bearing the dat4..of February 14, 2000 made and executed by KWLI, L.L.C, a
Nevada Limited Liability Company, as mortgagors to A.R. Kennington and Ruth Kennington,
Trustees of the Kennington Family Trust dated February 24, 1993 as mortgagees conveying
certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $93,750.00 as therein stated,
which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of
Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on February 16, 2000 in Book 441PR on page
627 mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to wit:
That part of Section '15, T31N Rll9W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming
described on Exhibit A prepared by Marlowe A. Scherbel labeled "The Kennington
Family Trust dated 24 February 1993, Parcel C-i" dated December 28, 1999, Amended
October 11, 1999.
It being expressly understood and agreed that this release shall not affect the said
mortgage of the security thereof, in any manner or form whatsoever, as to the remainder of the
real estate mortgaged therein and thereby.
