to Wyoming Statutes Sections 29-1-301 and 29-2-106, states the following:
I. The name and address of the person seeking to enforce the lien is: D&J Enterprises, 185
Scott Lane, P.O. Box 12499, Jackson, Wyoming 83002.
2. The amount claimed to be due and owing is: $44,108.21, which includes interest and
attorney's fees.
3. The name of the person against whose property the lien is filed is: Lucia Fox. Her mailing
address is: P.O. Box 14790, Jackson, Wyoming 83002. Her physical address is: 1010 Vista
West, Thayne, Wyoming 83127.
4. An itemized list setting forth and describing materials delivered includes windows, doors and
hardware, more particularly set forth on the invoices attached hereto as Exhibit A.
5. The name of the person against whom the lien claim is made is: Robert and Lucia Fox.
6. The date when materials were last provided was: September 30, 2006.
7. The legal description of the premises where the materials were furnished is: Lot 86 of the
Star Valley Ranch according to that plat recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County, Wyoming as Plat Number 7.
