Corrective Legal Description of Golich Parcel as identified as exception parcel Tract I of
Warranty Deed to the Kemmerer Coal Company as recorded in the Lincoln County
Clerk's office on file in book 117 PR on page 261 and being part of Tract 55 of the
Resurvey ofT. 21 N" R. 116 W., of the 6th P,M.. City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County,
Wyoming and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at corner number one of Tract 55 of the Resurvey ofT. 21 N., R. 116 W. of
the 6th P.M. where is found a standard U.S.G.L.O. brass cap; thence N 89055'34"W
(N 89°48'52"W record) along the north boundåry line of Tract 55,1598.83 feet to th~
northwest corner of Lot 7 of Section 14 of said T. 21 N., R. 116 W. where is found a
standard U.S.G.L.O. brass cap stamped" N 1/16, TR 55, S 14, , 1925";
Thence N 89° 55' 40"W along the north boundary line of said Tract 55 a distance of 57.15
feet to a point where is found a rebar with aluminum cap. Said point being
