OUlT CLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the TOWN OF
DIAMONDVILLE, an incorporated town of the county of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and Nol100 Dollars ($10.00) and
other valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has
hereby remised, released and forever quitclaims unto the said LEONARD AVILLA, his
heirs and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and
demand, as he may have or ought to have in or to all the following described property, to-
wit:
A parcel ofland in the Hillcrest Subdivision to the Town ofDiamondville,
Wyoming in Tract 41 of the Resurvey ofT21N, R112W, 6TH PM, Lincoln
County, Wyoming.
The vacated street lies between Lot 1, Block 1 and Lot 2, Block 2, of said
subdivision. The street was 50 feet wide and 100 feet long, and is now split
along the centerline to form two equal parcels, 100 feet long at centerline.

The southerly one half of said vacated street shown here as exhibit "B",
enclosing an area of 0.06 acres more or less.
Subject, however, to all restrictions, easements, reservations, exceptions and
rights-of-way on record or in use.
