KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of May 7, 1999,
made and executed by Dexter R. Gardner and DeeAnn Gardner, Trustees of the Dexter R. and
DeeAnn Gardner Trust dated June 5, 1998, as mortgagor, to The Bank of Star Valley, as
mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the
payment of $78,000.00 which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-
Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the llth day of May, 1999, in
Book 430 PR of Mortgages, at Page 055, as instrument number 858544, and pertaining to the
following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
LOT 8 OF THE BEN NIELD ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF AFTON, LINCOLN
COUNTY, WYOMING AS DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF.
It being expressly understood and agreed that this partial release shall not affect the said
mortgage of the security thereof, in any manner or form whatsoever, as to the remainder of the real
estate mortgaged therein and thereby.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Partial Release
Estate Mortgage to be signed by its President and its ~Real
