to secure the payment of $ 85.524.82, according to the terms of a promissory note or notes in
said mortgage described. '
AND, WHEREAS, the undersigned First Bank & Trust, NA is now the owner and holder of
said note and mortgage, and Terry J Martin the undersigned, is now the owner(s) of said
mortgaged premises.
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby mutually agreed that the payment amount of said note and
mortgage is hereby increased,. so that the unpa~d_p..!i_~cæ~Ls_um _of One _1it!.I!.ctL~(!...$i!!Y. Three
Thousand Six HUriâfed ThiftÿNinë--añd 82TfOO Dollàrs ($ 163,639.82) shall become due and
payable at maturity.
The said Terry J Martin in consideration of such modification, cov~nants and agrees to pay the
said unpaid principal of said note and mortgage upon the date of maturity last above names,
together with interest thereon from the date hereof until paid.

All the terms, conditions, provisions and covenants contained in said mortgage and note,
excepting only those pertaining to the time of payment of said principal sum of $163,639.82
and the rate of interest thereof shall be in full force and effect as heretofore,and shall insure to
the benefit of and be obligatory upon said parties in interest, th,eir heirs, legal representatives
and assigns, as fully in all respects as to any upon the original parties to said note and
mortgage, but, THIS AGREEMENT HOWEVER, is intended to bind the parties hereto, their
heirs, legal representatives and assigns, only insofar as such agreement may be made without

any way the priority of the lien of such mortgage upon said prem.ises and it is expressly agreed
that this extension shall be null and void as to any and all persons who might be injuriously
affected thereby, and as all persons who have or may acquire a right or subrogation to such
securities, and the right to enforce such note and mortgage unaffected by such extension is
expressly reserved to all such parties, if any there shall be.
The parties further agree that in case of default in the payment of interest or any installment of
principal covered hereby, the whole, principal and interest shall at the option of the holder of
said immediately become due and payable.
