Mortgage
John Kurt Urses and Susan B. Urses, husband and wife, mortgagors, to
secure the payment of Twenty-One Thousand Five Hundred Seventy-One and
94/100 Dollars ($21,571.94) due, do hereby mortgage to Robert W. Naffziger
and Billie J. Naffziger, husband and wife, mortgagees, the following described
real estate, situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot 141 of Star Valley Ranch RV Park Plat 1, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat thereof
The mortgagors agree to pay the indebtedness hereby secured, and to pay all
taxes and assessments on said premises during the life of the mortgage, in favor
of and payable to said mortgagees and in case the mortgagors fail to pay such,
the mortgagees shall pay said taxes and assessments, and all sums paid shall
by added to and become part of the same.
In case default shall by made in the payment of the above sum hereby secured,
when the same shall become due and payable then the whole indebtedness with
shall become due and payable, and the mortgagees may proceed, pursuant to
law, to foreclose on and sell said property.
Hereby relinquishing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
laws of said state.
