mortgagor(s), to CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, A NEW JERSEY CORPORATION as
mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of$382,500,OQ as therein stated,
which mortgage was recorded in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of LINCOLN County,
State of Wyoming, in the Volume/Book 500 Page 833 Document 0884561 mortgaging the following described real
estate in said County, to-wit:
