WARRANTY DEED
RAMON N. HERNANDEZ and ROSA H. HERNANDEZ, husband and wife, of the City

dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to DAVE T. LINDGREN, a single person, of the
