KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the First State Bank of Pinedale fka First
National Bank of Pinedale, a corporation, of the County of Sublette, and State of Wyoming, does hereby
certify that a certain mortgage bearing date the 12th day of July, 2006, made and executed by Matthew J.
Reed and Misty A. Reed, husband and wife, as mortgagors, to the First State Bank of Pinedale fka First
National Bank of Pinedale, as Mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for
the payment of$130,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County
Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 4th day of August,
2006, in Book 629 of Mortgages, at page 91, and mortgaging the following described real estate in said
County, to-wit:

corporate seal of said corporation, and that said instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of said
corporation by authority of its Board of Directors and said he acknowledged said instrument to be the free
act and deed of said corporation.
