ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That SHOSHONE FIRST BANK, an association
organized and doing business under the laws of the State of Wyoming,
and having its principal office at 1401 Sheridan Avenue, P. O. Box 1330,
Cody, Wyoming 82414, in said state, Party of the First part, in
pursuance of a resolution of the Directors of said company, and in
consideration of the sum of:
Eighty Nine Thousand Two Hundred Three Dollars and nO/100
it in hand paid by WYOMING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, PO BOX 10100
CASPER, WY 82602 Party of the Second
Part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has sold and by these
presents does sell, assign, and transfer unto the said party of the
second part a certain indenture of Mortgage bearing the 16th day of
October, 2006 made by
Ira Petry, a single person
in favor of SHOSHONE FIRST BANK and conveying the following described
property:
Lot 3 Block 2 of the Amended Plat of Browns 1st Addition To The Town of
LaBarge, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described in the official plat filed
on February 24, 1983 as instrument No. 592367 of the records of the County
Clerk.

and which said Mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk
and Ex-Offico Register of Deeds in said County of Lincoln on the 17th
day of October in the year 2006 , in Document # 923458 of Mortgages
in Book 637PR Page 323 , together with the notes and obligations therein
described, without recourse on me in any event or for any cause.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second part,
its executors, administrators, successors of assigns, subject only
to the provisos in the said Indenture of the Mortgage contained.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said company has caused these presents to
be signed in its name, by its Vice President and
sealed with its Corporate seal, attested by its Vice President this
