A portion ofthe Luthi property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 88PR, on page 113, and a portion of
the Luthi property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 194PR, on page 134, all with the Office of the
Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within GLO Lot 4 of Section 21, Township 35 North, Range 119 West, of the
6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a Point in the East line of the NE~ of Section 10, T5S, 46E, of the Boise Meridian, Caribou
County, Idaho, said Point of Beginning, being 648.37 feet North 0054'25" East, along said East line, from the
<" Baker Engineers PEILS 698, 1992 location for the Southwest Closing Corner of said Section 21, with the East line
of said NE~;
thence North 0054'25" East, continuing along said East line, 24.00 feet to the Southwest corner of the Luthi
property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 629, on page 98, with said office;

thereof;
thence North 0054'25" East, along the East line ofIast said Luthi property, 132.13 feet to a Point in the South line
of the Scaffide property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 574PR, on page 465, with said Office;
thence South 89003'02" East, along said South line, 337.00 feet;
thence South 0°54'25" West, parallel with said East lines, 156.13 feet;
thence North 89003'02" West, parallel with said South lines, 483.00 feet, to the Point of Beginning.
NOTE: This is a boundary adjustment, Grantor warrants title to that part of the described land lying outside of the
land previously conveyed to Grantee in instrument recorded November 18, 1982 in Book 194PR on page 134 of
the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
