KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Russell Gerald Dayton
and Verdi Dayton, of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of
the sum of Ten ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt
whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released,
conveyed and quitclaimed and by these presents do for their heirs, executors
and administrators, remis, release and forever quitclaim unto Wayne Harmon

all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim arid demand, as they
may have or ought to have, in and to the following described premises to-wit:
Beginning at Corner No.4, Tract 90, T24N R119W of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, thence Soo44'E, 1369.2 feet along the
West boundary of said Tract 90 to Corner NO.3 of Tract 90;
Thence S89°52'E, along the South boundary of Tract 90 a distance
of 612.6 feet to the intersection of the South line of Tract 90 and the
right-of-way line of the O.S.L.R.R.;
Thence N18°47'W along the right-of-way line of the O.S.L.R.R., a
distance of 1445.1 feet to the intersection of the North boundary of
Tract 90 and the right-of-way line of the O.S.L.R.R.;
Thence N89°10'W along the North boundary of Tract 90, a distance
of 164.8 feet to Corner NO.4 of Tract 90 and the point of beginning

Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
To have and to hold the said premises unto the said Wayne Harmon and
Sivi Harmon to their own proper use and behoof forever. So that neither Russell
Gerald Dayton and Verdi Dayton, nor any other person in their name of behalf
shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right or title to the premises or any
part thereof, but they and every one of them shall by these presents by excluded
and forever barred.
