CORPORATE ASSIGNMENT OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned hereby grants, assigns and
transfers to Federal National Mortgage Association, whose address is
International Plaza II, 14221 Dallas Parkway, Ste. 1000, Dallas, TX 75254-2916,
all the rights, title and interest in and to that certain Real Estate Mortgage dated
August 4, 2004, executed by Shahrokh Ghahreman Pour, a single man, to
Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., mortgagee, acting as nominee
for First Bank of Idaho, FSB, dba First Bank of the Tetons and recorded on
August 5, 2004 in/as Book 564 PR at Page 133 of the Official Records in the
County Recorder's Office of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming on real estate
legally described as follows:

Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof
