AMENDED OUITCLAIM DEED
CHARLEY R. JOHNSON, Grantor, of 10025 Rolling Glen Court, Las Vegas, County of
Clark, State of Nevada, for the consideration of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other valuable
consideration, conveys and quitclaims to Charley R. Johnson and Susan K. Johnson, as Co-Trustees
of The c.R. Johnson Trust u/d/o July 14, 1998, as amended, all interest in the following described
real estate:
T35 Rl18 S30 Pt. NENW 4, 10 acres
situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming.
This Amendment is intended to correct the vesting reflected in Deed dated January 25, 200 I,
recorded May 7,2001, in Official Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming, at Book 463, Page 814.
Any Successor Trustee upon taking office is granted the full right of ownership over the real
property described herein with full power and authority to deal in and with said property, or any part
thereof, and specifically with power and authority either to protect, conserve and to sell, or to lease,
or to encumber, or otherwise to manage and dispose of the property described herein.
