MINERAL QUIT-CLAIM DEED
FLORENCE R. SHEPARD, Grantor, in consideration of the sum ofTen and No/100 Dollars
($10.00), and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is acknowledged, grants,
conveys and delivers to Florence R. Shepard, and to her successor, as Trustee of THE
FLORENCE R. SHEPARD REVOCABLE TRUST, under an amended and restated agreement
dated February, 2002, whose address is 171 Third Avenue, #205, Salt Lake City, Utah 84103,
Grantee, all of her undivided one-third (1/3) right, title and interest in all minerals, including oil
and ga~, in and under, or that may be produced from property situated in Lincoln County, State
of Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:

All of Sections Three (3), Seven (7), Nine (9), Fifteen (15), and Seventeen
(17); North half (NY2 ) of Section Nineteen (19); and North half (NY2 ) of
Section Twenty-one (21) all in Township 20 North, Range 115 West of
the Sixth Principal Meridian; all of Section Thirty-one (31) in Township
21 North, Range 114 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian; all of Section
Thirty-six (36) in Township 21 North, Range 115 West of the Sixth
Principal Meridian.
