KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Kaye W. Allred and Betty W. Allred,
husband and wife, of Fairview, Lincoln County, Wyoming, in consideration of the trust created
herein and for the other covenants contained herein convey and quitclaim unto Kaye W. Allred and
Betty W. Allred and their successors, Trustees, for the uses and purposes set forth in the Kaye
and Betty Allred Family Trust between Grantors and Trustees, dated the 7th day of November,
2006, Kaye W. Allred and Betty W. Allred, beneficiaries, of PO Box 32, Fairview, WY 83119, all
such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as they have or ought to have, in
or to all the following described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Fairview Property
Beginning at a point 40 rods West from the NW corner of the SW1/4NE1/4 of Section
10, T31N, R119W of the 6th P.M., Wyoming, and running thence North 16 rods to
Corner No. 1 of the tract; thence North 4 rods to Corner No. 2 of the tract; thence
West 20 rods to Corner No. 3 of the tract; thence South 4 rods to Corner NO.4 of the
tract; thence East 20 rods to Corner NO.1 of the tract, the place of beginning; together
with all improvements, water rights and other appurtenances thereto pertaining.
AND ALSO,
Beginning at a point which is 40 rods West and 60 rods South from the NE corner of
the NE1/4NW1/4 of Section 10, T31N, R119W of the 6th P.M., and running thence
West 20 rods; thence North 66 feet; thence East 20 rods; thence South 66 feet to the
place of beginning, the same being part of Lot 1 in Block 3 in the proposed Fairview
Townsite, together with water rights thereunto belonging.
AND ALSO,
Lot 1 of Block 3 of the Townsite of Fairview of record in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County as Plat No. 293, recorded 9 March 1989.
AND ALSO,
Beginning at the NE Corner of Lot 1 in Block 3 in the Fairview Townsite and running
thence South 16 rods; thence West 20 rods; thence North 16 rods; thence East 20
rods to the point of beginning.

SW1/4SW1/4, excepting therefrom, beginning at a point which is the SW corner of Lot
4 of Section 17 and running thence South 7 rods; thence East 50 rods; thence North 7
rods; thence West 50 rods to the point of beginning.
AND ALSO,
Beginning at a point which is the SE Corner of the SE1/4SE1/4 of Section 18 and
running thence West 30 rods; thence North 43 rods; thence East 30 rods; thence
South 43 rods to the point of beginning.
AND ALSO,
Beginning at a point which is the SE Corner of Lot 4 in Section 17 and running thence
West 17 rods; thence North 15 rods; thence East 17 rods; thence South 15 rods to the
place of beginning.
AND ALSO,
That portion of Lot 4 and Lot 5 of Section 17 and the SE1/4SE1/4 of Section 18 lying
South of the Crow Creek County Road No. 12-141.
SUBJECT TO and TOGETHER WITH those certain two Boundary Line Agreements,
both dated August 31, 1989, and recorded in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk on
September 26, 1989, in Book 278 PR, page 63 and page 68, respectively.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws
of the State of Wyoming.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Kaye W. Allred and Betty W. Allred, husband and wife, have
hereunto set their hands as of the 30th day of November, 2006.
