SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That
Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. (fka Countrywide Funding Corporation), the owner and holder of a certain
mortgage deed executed by
JACK DEE DOUGLAS, PATTY 10 DOUGLAS
to EQUALITY STATE BANK bearing date 09/23/1992, recorded 09/29/1992 in Official Records Book 316,
Page 670, Document No. 755087 in the office of the County Clerk of LINCOLN County, Wyoming,
securing a certain note in the principal sum of $70,400.00 Dollars, and certain promises and obligations set
forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property situated in said State and County, hereby acknowledges full
payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed, and surrenders the same as canceled, and hereby
directs the Clerk in the office of County Clerk to cancel the same of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said corporation has caused these
presents to be executed in its name, by its proper officers
thereunto duly authorized, the 28 day of November, 2006.
