Release of Easement given this 31st day of August, 2006, by Roger B. Haderlie and Suni
Haderlie, husband and wife, LaVal Larson and Darlene Larson, husband and wife, Rodd M.
Hillyard and Cindy Hillyard, husband and wife, Clay Larson and Jill Larson, husband and wife,
Chet LaVal Larson and Mackenzie Larson, husband and wife, and Cal D. Larson and McKenzie
Larson, husband and wife, (all of whom are sometimes referred to as "Larson"), all of PO Box 1,
Afton, WY 83110, in favor of Box Y Ranch LLC, a Wyoming Close Limited Liability Company
(sometimes referred to as "Box V"), of PO Box 969, Afton, WY 83110.
By a warranty deed dated December 2, 2004, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln
County Clerk on February 14, 200S, in Book S78, page 798, Box V granted to Larson a 16-foot
wide right-of-way easement for ingress and egress and all underground utilities for the benefit of
adjoining lands as described in said deed, to enter upon the following described land in Lincoln
County, Wyoming ("the Easement"):
Beginning at Corner No. 4 of H. E. Survey No. 11S (said Corner No. 4 being
S9°36'W, 99.77 chains, thence S18°43'E, 29.47 chains, thence N72°10'E, 10.08
chains, thence S17°S0'E, 40.07 chains from U. S. Loc¡;ation Monument No. 37) and
running thence along the easterly boundary of H.E. sfrvey No. 11S, N17°S0'E, 220
feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING: :

Thence S72°18"W, 214 feet to a point, thence N17°Sq'W, 16 feet to a point, thence
N72°18'E, 214 feet to a point, then along the Eastern ,oundary of H. E. Survey 11S,
S17°S0'E, 16 feet, to the point of beginning. i

In consideration of the payment of Ten Dollars ($11 .00) and other good and valuable
consideration, receipt of which is acknowledged, Roger B. H derlie and Suni Haderlie, husband
and wife, LaVal Larson and Darlene Larson, husband an wife, Rodd M. Hillyard and Cindy
Hillyard, husband and wife, Clay Larson and Jill Larson, h sband and wife, Chet LaVal Larson

and wife, hereby release to Box Y Ranch LLC, a Wyoming Close Limited Liability Company, the

owner of the above-described real property, the Easement d~scribed-above, it being the intention
of the parties to terminate the Easement. i
