THE ABOV~~NTITLED CAUSE coming on regularly before the Court on
this 'z" L-day of I J ~ , 2006; the Plaintiff appearing by and through
her attorney, O. David Gardner, of Afton, Wyoming; the Defendants not appearing,
either in person or by counsel; and it appearing to the Court that the Defendants, and
each of them were duly and regularly served personally or with Summons by
publication in the Star Valley Independent, a newspap'~r of general circulation in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming; that the Defenda'nt was unable to be physically
located, that the time allowed by law for answering or otherwise pleading has
expired; and the default of the Defendants has been duly entered according to law; .
and the Court having heard the evidence and having examined the proofs offered
herein and having fully considered the same, and having found that the allegations of
the Plaintiff's Complaint are all true, now, therefore, by reason of the foregoing facts,
and virtue of the law;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DEREED that the Plaintiff
owns and is in possession of, and at the commencement of this suit owns and is in
possession of the following described property, to wit:
That part of Lot 3 of Block 24 of the Townsite of Afton, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County as Plat No.
100, being a part of that tract of record in the said Office in Book 393PR on
Page 102 described as follows:
COMMENCING at an Ivan L. Call, Registered Professional Engineer 274, '
Mueller water cap with brass bolt at the approximate intersection of Monroe
Street and Fourth Avenue; thence S01 °45'56" W, 412.52 feet within the right-
of-way of said Monroe Street to a PK nail; thence S88°14'04" E, 52,30 feet to
the POINT OF BEGINNING on a west line of said Lot 3; thence
S01°45'56" W 99 feet to a point; thence S88°14'04" E, 136.00 feet to a point;
thence N01 045'56" E, 99,00 feet to a point; thence N88°14'04" W, 136,00 feet
to the POINT OF BEGINNING. SUBJECT, however, to all reservations,
restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of
record, in sight, or in use.
That the Defendants, and each of them are found to have no right, title,
interest, claim or demand; that the Defendant, and each of them, are hereby forever
debarred from asserting any right, title, interest, claim or demand thereteo, and title
thereto is quieted in the Plaintiff, Linda Corhan, a single person.
