That the undersigned has read and understands the provisions of the Certificate of Owner thereon and the implications thereof. 4. That this affidavit is signed in the stead of and has the same effect as if the original mylar of said plat had been signed. 5. That Linda A. Miller is acting by and through her Attorney-in-Fact, Kevin Voyles, who is acting pursuant to the Limited Power of Attorney that was recorded in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on October 13, 2006, in Book 636 at Pages 872 and 873.
