QUIT CLAIM DEED
KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That
TKB PROPERTIES, LLC, a Utah limited liability company
of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming
in consideration of Ten and OO/lOO's Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released,
conveyed and forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for their heirs, executors and administrators,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto
REUNION RANCH, LLC, a Utah limited liability company
whose address is P.O. Box 1475, Afton, WY 83110 their heirs, successors and assigns,forever, all such
right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as we have, ought to have in or to all the
following described premises, to-wit:

described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest Comer of the NE~ of said Section 16 and running thence North 453,75
feet;
thence East 1320 feet;
thence South 353,75 feet;
thence West 435,60 feet;
thence South 100 feet;
thence West 884.40 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
ALSO
A portion of the SW~NE~ of Section 16, T32N R1l9W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point 453.75 feet North of the Southwest Comer of the NE~ of said Section 16 and
nmning thence North 453,75 feet;
thence East 1320 feet;
thence South 453.75 feet;
thence West 1320 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
