MEMORANDUM OF SALE
An Agreement has been entered into between Rose M. Miller, Trustee of the
Rose M. Miller Danieles Daniele Living Trust, Dated July 9, 2001, as Seller, and James
H. Dorsey, III, a married man, as Buyer, whose address is 3510 Sherwood Blvd, Del
Ray Beach, Florida, 33445, for the sale and purchase pursuant to an Installment Land
Contract of the following d~scribed real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State
of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
Lot 2, Alpine Village Subdivision., according to that certain plat filed in the
Office of the Lincoln'County Clerk, State of Wyoming, on November 7, 1973 as
Document No. 4514~7, as Plat No. 106.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances
and hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all covenants, conditions,
restrictions, easements, reservations, and rights-of-way of sight and/ or record.
Buyer shall be entitled to enter into possession of the above-described property
on the date of closing.
Seller shall, upon payment in full of the purchase price as provided in said
Agreement, cause a Warranty Deed conveying the above-described property to be
delivered to the Buyer.

and does not constitute the entire agreement between the parties.

delivered to the Buyer.
This Memorandum of Sale is for information and recordation purposes only
and does not constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
