WARRANTY DEED

consideration ofTEN ($10,00) DOLLARS and other valuable considerations in hand
paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY and WARRANT to:
PEAVLER'S MOUNTAIN STAR, INC., a Wyoming Corporation, of Afton, Wyoming,
Grantee, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead
Exemption Laws of the State, to-wit:
