WARRANTY DEED of MINERAL INTERESTS
For Value Received, I. Glenn Perkins and Mary D, Perkins, husband and wife, hereinafter
referred to as "Grantor," whether one or more, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto I.
Glenn Perkins and Mary D, Perkins, Trustee, or the successor Trustee, of the Glenn Perkins
Family Living Trust, created by instrument dated November 11, 1985, hereinafter referred to as
"Grantee," whose current address is P,O, Box 683, Pocatello, ID 83204, the UNDIVIDED
INTEREST OF MARY D. PERKINS in the mineral estate lying in, upon, underlying or across
the following described premises, including but not limited to, metallic, non-metallic, coal, oil,
gas or other hydrocarbonous substances, and all nuclear and non-nuclear and other fissionable
substances which may be mined or removed from the following described lands situate in
Lincoln County, Wyoming, and more particularly described on the attached Schedule 1 attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises, with their appurtenances unto the said
Grantee, and Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, And the said Grantor does hereby covenant to
and with the said Grantee, that Grantor is the owner in fee simple of said premises; that they are
free from all encumbrances and that Grantor will warrant and defend the same from all lawful
claims whatsoever.
