Mortgagor, to the Mortgagee, Glenn Thoreson of Cokeville, Wyoming, and recc,>t11oU'~I ldG
records in the County. of Lincoln, State of Wyoming on August 14, 1997, in Book 400PR at Page
460, as Instrument Number 842443, and foreclosed under and by virtue of Wyoming § 34-4-101,
et. seq..and in pursuance thereof, after due advertisement, the mortgage property hereinafter
described was sold on December 11, 2001, to Glenn Thoreson of P.O. Box 305, Cokeville,
Wyoming, for the sum of eighteen thousand twenty-seven dollars and forty-seven cents
($18,027.47), he being the highest and best bidder for the premises;
WHEREAS, the said Glenn Thoreson, is now entitled to a conveyance hereof according to
law, the statutory redemption period having expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, know all men by this deed, that I, Lee Gardner, the undersigned
Sheriff of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have granted
and sold and do hereby convey to Glenn Thoreson of P.O. Box 305, Cokeville; Wyoming, the
following described real property, to have and to hold the described premises with all appurtenances
to the said Glenn Thoreson forever:
A'portion of Lot Six (6) of Block Six (6) of the Town of Kemmerer,
Lincoln County, Wyoming described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeasterly Corner of said Lot and continuing in
a Southerly direction perpendicular to Pearl Street, a distance of fifty
feet; thence at a right angle and in a Westerly direction parallel to said
Pearl Street, a distance of forty feet; thence at a right angle and in a
Northerly direction perpendicular to said Pearl Street, a distance of
fifty feet; thence at a right angle and in an Easterly direction and
parallel to said Pearl Street, a distance of forty feet to the place of
beginning.
Together with all singular the improvements or thereunto
appertaining, (the Property).
Purported Common Address: 314 Pearl Street, Kemmerer, Wyoming.
