Release of Mortgages
T-Covenant, Inc., a Wyoming Corporation, a/k/ aT-Covenant
Inc., Mortgagee under the below described mortgages, in
consideration of the payment of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration provided by Buffalo West
Holdings, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, does hereby
release and cancel the following described mortgages, without
prejudice to T-Covenant, Inc.'s rights to enforce the promissory
notes secured by the said mortgages against Timothy R. Trefren
and Alpine Fuel, Inc. d/b/a Alpine Fuel, a Wyoming Corporation,
the makers of the promissory notes:
1. Mortgagor, Tim R. Trefren (owner of Alpine Tesoro) to
Lender, T-Covenant, Inc., a Wyoming Corporation dated December
31, 2003, signed March 9, 2006 and recorded in Book 616, Page
279 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, Lincoln County,
Wyoming on AprilS, 2006.
2. Mortgagor, Alpine Fuel, a Wyoming Corporation to
Lender, T-Covenant, Inc., a Wyoming Corporation dated October 1,
2004, signed March 9, 2006 and recorded in Book 616, Page 293 in
the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming
on AprilS, 2006.
This release is for the real property and improvements
thereto, described in Exhibit 'A' attached hereto.
