Merritt in July 2000; thence South 30 feet along the County road to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence East 405.21 feet, thence South 215 feet; thence West 405.21 feet, thence North 215 feet to POINT OF BEGINNING, Encompassing an area of2.00 acres, more or less, in Lincoln County, Wyoming; together with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, including all water and ditch rights.
