QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that BETTE BREESE of the Town of
Diamondville, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, Grantor, for and in consideration ofthe sum
of ten dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to NANCY BREESE WHITMORE, DIANE
BREESE HOUSLEY, MICHAEL BREESE and JEFFREY SCOTT BREESE, as joint tenants with
full rights of survivorship, Grantees, all interest presently owned or hereafter acquired in and to the
following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue ofthe Homestead Exemption Laws ofthe State of Wyoming,
to-wit:
Lot 11 of Block 1 of the Follies of 42 Addition to the Town ofDiamondville, County
of Lincoln, State of Wyoming. .
Reserving and excepting therefrom, however, unto Bette Breese the full use, control,
income, and possession of the property for and during her natural life.
