QUITCLAIM DEED

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the STATE OF WYOMING,
WYOMING GAME AND FISH COMMISSION, Grantor, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, for and in
consideration of TEN DOLLARS, ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have hereby remised, released and forever quitclaimed
unto Double L Ranch #2, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, of Baltimore, Maryland,
Grantee, their heirs and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim
and demand in that PERMANENT EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC FISHING AND
HUNTING recorded on May 6, 1964, in Book 65 of Photostatic Records on Page
419, and that CORRECECTIVE PERMANENT PUBLIC EASEMENT FOR
PUBLIC FISHING AND HUNTING recorded on September 14, 1964, in Book 67
of Photostatic Records on Page 486, and that QUIT CLAIM DEED recorded on
June 6, 1996, in Book 384 of Photostatic Records on Page 198, and that
COVENANT NOT TO CONSTRUCT ON FISHING AND HUNTING
EASEMENT recorded on June 6, 1996, in Book 384 of Photostatic Records on
Page 200, in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, which affected the following
described property, to-wit:
T. 36 N.. R. 119 W.. 6th P.M.. Lincoln County. Wyoming
Section 28: NW1/4SEl/4 as more correctly
described and recorded in the Office
of the Clerk of Lincoln County in
Book 602 of Photostatic Records on
Pages 355 and 356.
Notwithstanding any of the preceding, nothing herein shall be
construed to affect the PERMANENT PUBLIC FISHING AND WATERFOWL
HUNTING EASEMENT recorded on December 6, 2006, in Book 642 on Page
311, in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County.
