The undersigned, acting for and on behalf of Alpine Development Group, LLC, a Wyoming limited
liability company, being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
THAT the undersigned has examined a copy of that plat (prepared June 1,2006; revised August 7, 2006)
of SNAKE RIVER JUNCTION FIRST FILING, which is located within the S 1/2 of Section 20 and the
N1/2 of Section 29, T37N, R118W, 6th Principal Meridian, Lincoln County, Wyoming;
THAT Alpine Development Group, LLC is the owner and proprietor of the lands depicted on said plat of
SNAKE RIVER JUNCTION FIRST FILING, and described under the Certificate of Surveyor and
Certificate of Owner on said plat;
THAT the undersigned acknowledges that the subdivision of land depicted on said plat of SNAKE
RIVER JUNCTION FIRST FILING and described in said Certificate of Owner is with the free consent
and in accordance with the desires of Alpine Development Group, LLC; and

THAT the undersigned intends that his signature to and the recording of this Affidavit in the Office of th~
Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming shall have the same force and effect as his signature to the Certificate
of Owner as contained on said plat.
