SHERIFF'S DEED
WHEREAS, Brian Ware, a married man as his sole and separate
property, as mortgagor, mortgaged to New Century Mortgage Corporation, as
. mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage
dated October 24, 2003 (the "Mortqaqe"), and duly recorded in the records of the
office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on October 28, 2003, il')/as Book 540 at Page 378.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:
Assignee: Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, Trustee, on on behalf of the
Certificate holders of Morgan Stanley ~BS Capital I Inc. Trust 2004-NC2,
Mortgage Pass-through Certificates Seri~s 2004-NC2,
Assignment dated: February 10, 2006 I
Assignment recorded: February 17, 2006'
Assignment recording information: Book 612 at Page 606, and re-recorded May
19,2006
All in the records of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, Trustee, on behalf of the
Certificateholders of Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I Inc. Trust 2004-NC2,
Mortgage Pass-through Certificates Series 2004-NC2, acting under a power of
sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the
hereinafter described real property on July 19, 2006, at 10:00 o'clock in the
forenoon, at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse,
in the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, Trustee, on
behalf of the Certificateholders of Morgan Stanley ABS Capitalllnc.Trust 2004-
NC2, Mortgage Pass-through Certificates Series 2004-NC2 ("Successful Bidder")
made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the
sum of $197,830.34, and the said real property was then and there sold to the
Successful Bidder on July 19, 2006 ("Sale Date"); and a Certificate of Sale was
issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming,
to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly
recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register
of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on July 19, 2006, in/as
Book 626 at Page 777;
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Lee Gardner, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD,
and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said Deutsche Bank National Trust
Company, Trustee, on behalf of the Certificateholders of Morgan Stanley ABS
Capital I Inc.Trust 2004-NC2, Mortgage Pass-through Certificates Series 2004-
NC2, 7105 Corporate Drive, PTXB-35, Piano, TX 75024, its successors and
assigns, all right, title, and interest to the following described real property situate
in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot 12 of the Three River Meadows Subdivision,
Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official
plat therof

belonging, to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, Trustee, on behalf of the
Certificateholders of Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I Inc.Trust 2004-NC2,
Mortgage Pass-through Certificates Series 2004-NC2, its successors and
assigns forever.
