QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Hyrum K. Cranney a/kla H.K.
Cranney and Nancy A. Cranney, husband and wife, Grantors, of 1259 Airport Lane,
Afton, Wyoming 83110, Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in consideration ofTen Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIM to H.K. and Nancy A. Cranney
Family Living Trust, dated December 11th, 2006, H.K. Cranney and Nancy A. Cranney,
Trustees, Grantees, whose address is 1259 Airport Lane, Afton, Wyoming 83110, the
following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State, to-wit:

Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a Cotton Gin Spike set at a point 90.00 feet N89 47' 19" W,
along the North line of said NW~NE~, from the East 1/16 corner of the
North line of Section 1; thence 34 feet West, thence SSW 180 feet.
EASEMENT to include 5 feet more or less on each side of described line for
maintenance purposes.
Together with all necessary and reasonable rights of ingress and egress and
to excavate and refill ditches and trenches as near original as possible for
the location and repair of said facilities and to cut, trim, or remove trees,
shrubbery, undergrowth or other obstructions interfering with the repair and
maintenance of the facilities.

November 21, 1996 in Book 390 PR, Page 756 as No. 829472 in the
Office of the Lincoln County Clerk.
2. That certain Warranty Deed dated October 29, 1996, recorded
November 21, 1996, in Book 390 PR, Page 754 as No. 829471 in the
Office of the Lincoln County Clerk.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all other things
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining,
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights-of-way, reservations and restrictions now
of record or otherwise affecting said lands.
With respectto W.S. § 34-2-122, as amended, Grantors hereby state, represent and
warrant that the said Trust was established by written instrument executed the 11 th day of
December, 2006, that said Trust has never been revoked, and that said instrument
transfers upon said Trustees, all powers set forth in the Uniform Trustees' Powers Act of
the Wyoming Statutes.
