described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 2, Block 18, AFTON ORIGINAL TOWNSITE,
Lincoln County, Wyoming and running thence South, along the West boundary of said
Lot 2, 8 rods (132 feet); thence East parallel to the North boundary of said Lot 2, 5 rods
