AFFIDAVIT AND CERTIFICATION OF SUCCESSOR CO-TRUSTEES d002?O
THE UNDERSIGNED Jeanne Reed Esterholdt of Cokeville, Wyoming, and Frederic Clark Reed
of Cheyenne, Wyoming, hereby certify that pursuant to the provisions of the John D. Biggane and Ju-
lianne Reed Biggane Family Trust dated May 31, 1996, as amended in its entirety January 15, 1999, also
known as the J and J Biggane Family Trust dated May 31, 1996, became the Successor Co-Trustees of
said trust by reason of the death of the Settlorrrrustee Julianne Reed Biggane on June 6, 2005, and the
death of John D. Biggane on August 29, 2005. Attached hereto and by attachment made a part hereof are
certified copies of the death certificates of Julianne Reed Biggane and John D. Biggane.
THE UNDERSIGNED certify that following the death of Julianne Reed Biggane on June 6,
2005, that the John D. Biggane and Julianne Reed Biggane Family Trust in accordance with the terms of
said trust split into three separate trusts: The Julianne Reed Biggane Trust dated June 6, 2005, (Marital
Deduction Trust) the John D. Biggane Trust dated August 29, 2005, (Credit Shelter Trust) and the con-
tinuing John D. Biggane and Julianne Reed Biggane Family Trust dated May 31, 1996, as amended in its
entirety January 15, 1999.
THE UNDERSIGNED further certify that as of the date of death of John D. Biggane, the John D.
Biggane and Julianne Reed Biggane Family Trust dated May 31, 1996, as amended in its entirety January
15, 1999, also known as the J and J Biggane Family Trust, was in full force and remains in full force and
effect as of the date hereof, Jeanne Reed Esterholdt and Frederic Clark Reed being the Successor
Co-Trustees.
THE UNDERSIGNED further certify that upon the death of Julianne Reed Biggane on June 6,
2005, the Julianne Reed Biggane Trust and the John D. Biggane trust were created. Upon the death of
John D. Biggane the John D. Biggane Trust became irrevocable an as of the date hereof is in full force
and effect, Jeanne Reed Esterholdt and Frederic Clark Reed being the Co-Trustees of the John D. Big-
gane Trust. All persons are entitled without further investigation or liability to rely upon the representa-
tion and signatures of each of the undersigned as Successor Co-Trustees of each of said trusts, and
having full and complete authority to take any and all action with regard to any and all assets, accounts,
and property, including both real and personal property, titled in all of said trusts, and in particular real
property located in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, legally described as:
