Loyce Mary Roberts, of 106648 Highway 89, Etna, WY 83118, and upon her oath deposes
and says:
1. That KENDALL C. ROBERTS, the decedent mentioned in the attached copy of
Certificate of Death, is the same person as KENDALL C. ROBERTS named as one of the grantees
in that certain Warranty Deed dated the 15th day of May, 1975, executed by Cyril Roberts and Lois
C. Roberts, husband and wife, grantors, and recorded May 20, 1975, as Instrument No. 466739 in
Book 119 PR, page 45, of the Official Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming, covering the following
described real property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to-wit:
Beginning at the Southwest Corner of the N1/2SW1/4 of Section 14, T35N,
R119W of the 6th P.M., Wyoming, and running thence East 528 feet; thence
North 82.5 feet; thence West 528 feet; thence South 82.5 feet to the point of
beginning, containing one acre therein.

That the undersigned affiant is the same identical person as Loyce Mary Roberts,
named as one of the grantees in the above-described Warranty Deed, that she and KENDALL C.
ROBERTS were husband and wife at the time of the execution and recording of the Warranty Deed
described above, and that as the surviving cotenant and spouse of KENDALL C. ROBERTS,
named in said conveyance, the undersigned, Loyce Mary Roberts, became on May 26, 2006, the
date of the death of the aforementioned decedent, the owner of the lands or the owner of any
interest of KENDALL C. ROBERTS, in the lands described in the foregoing, subject to any then
existing liens and encumbrances.
2. That KENDALL C. ROBERTS, the decedent mentioned in the attached copy of
Certificate of Death, is the same person as KENDALL C. ROBERTS named as one of the grantees
in that certain Warranty Deed dated the 29th day of December, 1999, executed by Lois C. Roberts,
Surviving Spouse of Cyril Roberts and Lois C. Roberts, husband and wife, grantors, and recorded
December 30, 1999, as Instrument No. 863429 in Book 440 PR, page 31, of the Official Records of
Lincoln County, Wyoming, covering the following described real property located in Lincoln County,
Wyoming, to-wit:

Beginning at a point which is 1,111.79 feet South from the NW Corner of the
SW1/4 of Section 14, T35N, R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming,
and running thence South 208.21 feet along the West Edge of said Section 14,
which is the centerline of U.S. Highway 89; thence East 700 feet, more or less,
to the Baker Ditch; thence meandering Northerly along said Baker Ditch 820
feet, more or less; thence West 315 feet; thence South 611.7~ feet; thence West
213.6 feet to the point of beginning.
That the undersigned affiant is the same identical person as Loyce Mary Roberts,
named as one of the grantees in the above-described Warranty Deed, that she and KENDALL C.
ROBERTS were husband and wife at the time of the execution and recording of the Warranty Deed
described above, and that as the surviving cotenant and spouse of KENDALL C. ROBERTS,
named in said conveyance, the undersigned, Loyce Mary Roberts, became on May 26, 2006, the
date of the death of the aforementioned decedent, the owner of the lands or the owner of any
interest of KENDALL C. ROBERTS, in the lands described in the foregoing, subject to any then
existing liens and encumbrances.
3. That KENDALL C. ROBERTS, the decedent mentioned in the attached copy of
Certificate of Death, is the same person as KENDALL C. ROBERTS named as one of the grantees
in that certain Warranty Deed dated the 16th day of September, 1974, executed by Cyril Roberts
and Lois C. Roberts, husband and wife, grantors, and recorded October 26, 1987, as Instrument
No. 680002 in Book 256 PR, page 327, of the Official Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming,
covering the following described real property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to-wit:
N1/2SW1/4 of Section 14, T35N, R119W of the 6th P.M., Wyoming;
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following tracts:
(1) Beginning at the SW Corner of the aforesaid description and running thence
North 660 feet; thence East 528 feet; thence South 660 feet; thence West
528 feet to the point of beginning;
(2) AND ALSO EXCEPTING a tract beginning at the NW Corner of the aforesaid
section, township and range and running East 229 feet; thence South 151
feet; thence West 229 feet; thence North 151 feet to the point of beginning.
That the undersigned affiant is the same identical person as Loyce Mary Roberts,
named as one of the grantees in the above-described Warranty Deed, that she and KENDALL C.
ROBERTS were husband and wife at the time of the execution and recording of the Warranty Deed
described above, and that as the surviving cotenant and spouse of KENDALL C. ROBERTS,

named in said conveyance, the undersigned, Loyce Mary Roberts, became on May 26, 2006, the
date of the death of the aforementioned decedent, the owner of the lands or the owner of any
interest of KENDALL C. ROBERTS, in the lands described in the foregoing, subject to any then
