Grantors, for and in consideration of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other Good and
Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:
Clint M. Bowen and Crystal Bowen
Husband and wife
As tenants by the entireties
Grantees, whose mailing address is 35 West 3IG South, Green River, WY 82935. the
following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State to-wit:
Lot 9 of Block 26 of the First Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, LESS AND EXCEPT the land described as follows:
Beginning at the Easterly corner of Lot 9 of Block 26 of the First Addition to the Town of
Kemmerer and running thence in a Southwesterly direction along the Lot line bordering
Quartz Street a distance of 50 feet; thence in a Northwesterly direction a distance of 85
feet along the Southwest side of said Lot 9; thence a distance of 50 feet in a
Northeasterly direction parallel to Quartz Street; thence a distance of 85 feet in a
Southeasterly direction along the Northeast line of said Lot 9 to th!! point of beginning
Together with all buildings. improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereto
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right-of-ways of record, of sight
or in use,
