Potter, Grantor, of Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in consideration ofTen Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIM to the Van T. Potter Family Living Trust, dated December 21st, 2006, Van T. Potter, Trustee, Grantee, whose address is PO Box 17288, Afton, WY 8311 0 his undivided one- half interest in the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit: Beginning at the SE Corner of Section 30. And running thence N 180 rods, thence W 240 rods, thence S 60 rods, thence E 106 2/3 rods, thence S 120 rods, thence E 133 1/3 rods to the point of beginning.
