QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Van T. Potter, Grantor, of Lincoln
County, Wyoming, for and in consideration ofTen Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND
QUITCLAIM to the Van T. Potter Family Living Trust, dated December 21st, 2006, Van T.
Potter, Trustee, Grantee, whose address is PO Box 17288, Afton, WY 8311 0 his undivided one-
half interest in the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Beginning at the SE Corner of Section 30. T31 N., R118W, 6th P.M. Lincoln
County, Wyoming. And running thence N 180 rods, thence W 240 rods, thence S 60
rods, thence E 106 2/3 rods, thence S 120 rods, thence E 133 1/3 rods to the point of
beginning. Containing 190 acres more or less.

LESS EXCEPTION: A plot beginning at a point 2,031,50 feet N., 12°19"18"E. from
the SW Corner of the SE~ of said Section 30, and running thence 240.19 feet N.
8r18'19"E., thence 52.19 feet S 4°28'W., thence 134,56 feet S 6° 53'27"E.,
thence 251.45 feet West to the East boundary line of U,S. Hwy, 89, thence 174.33
feet N 0011'W along said East boundary line of U,S. Hwy 89 to the point of
beginning, an area of 1.0 acres.

from the SW Corner of the SE~ of said Section 30 and running thence 60 rods N
0011'W, being the East boundary line of said U.S, Hwy 89, thence W 150 feet to
the West boundary line of U.S, Hwy 89, thence Southerly 60 rods along said line,
thence East 75 feet to the Centerline of said U.S. Hwy 89, thence Southerly 120
rods along said centerline, thence East 75 feet to the East line of said U,S. Hwy
89, thence Northerly 120 rods along said boundary line to the point of beginning.
(This exception is for U.S. Hwy 89 right-of-way is an area of 6.81 acres)

With respect to W,S, § 34-2-122, as amended, Grantor hereby states, represents and
warrants that the said Trust was established by written instrument executed the 215t day of
December, 2006, that said Trust has never been revoked, and that said instrument transfers
upon said Trustees, all powers set forth in the Uniform Trustees' Powers Act of the Wyoming
Statutes.
