grantors, for and in consideration of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS 'and
other Good and Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:
Arlan G. Hiner and Carolyn j. Hiner
husband and wife as tenants by the entireties
grantees, whose mailing address is 1909 'Del Rio Drive, Kemmerer,
WY 83101, the following described real estate situate in Lincoln
County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by .virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State to-wit:
Lot 5 of Block 4 of the Lincoln Heights 5th Addition,
First.Filing, to the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof,
together with all improvements, buildings and
appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise
appertaining thereto
SUBJECT, however, to all restrictions, reservations,
easements and rights-of-way of record, of sight or
in use.
