WARRANTY DEED
F or Value Received Andrew Myrl Aullman dealing with his sole and
separate property,
the grantor, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto
William Norman and Suzanne Aullman, Husband and Wife
the grantees, whose current address is

the following described premises, in Lincoln County, to-wit:
Lot 16, 17, 18, and 19, of the VaNoy Park in Thayne Townsite

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises, with their appurtenances unto the said
Grantees, and their heirs and assigns forever. And the said Grantors do hereby covenant to and
with the said Grantees, that they the owners in fee simple of said premises; that said premises
are free from all encumbrances except as herein above set forth and that they will warrant and
defend the same from all lawful claims whatsoever.
