Midway Coal Mining Co., a Missouri corporation and Chevron U.S,A. Inc., a Pennsylvania
corporation, both having offices at 116 Inverness Drive East, Suite 207, Englewood, CO 80112
("Grantors"), convey and quitclaim unto James M, Hobbs and Grace G. Hobbs, husband and wife, as
tenants by the entireties, having an address of 2175 NW Hwy Y, Plattsburg, Missouri 644 77
("Grantees"), all minerals in the following described real estate, lying in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming,:
A parcel ofland located in the N Yz of Section 26 and the S Yz of Section 23 and being part of Tracts 44,
45,52,53 and 54 all of the resurvey ofT, 21N., R.116W., of the 6th P.M., City of Kemmerer, Lincoln
County, Wyoming and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at Corner No. 3 of Tract 45 of the resurvey ofT.2IN., R.116W, of the 6th P.M" City of
Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming where is found a standard D.S.G.L.O. brass cap; Thence N
0°00'00" E, 2631.00 feet to Corner No, 4 of said Tract 45; Thence S 0°02'21 "E, 371,50 feet to the Point
of Beginning ofthis description. Said point being a point on the north right of way boundary of D,S,
Highway 189 and being monumented with a 6" x 6" concrete post with a Wyoming Department of
Transportation brass cap (herein after referred to as a standard highway R.O. W. marker).
