WARRANTY DEED
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that ROBERT R. WILEY, a
married man as his sole and separate property, P.O. Box 3644, Alpine, Wyoming 83128,
GRANTOR, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby CONVEYS AND
WARRANTS to BRENDA K. WILEY, a married woman as her sole and separate property,
P.O. Box 3644, Alpine, Wyoming 83128, GRANTEE, and her heirs and assigns, the following
described real property, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and
releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming, to wit:
Brenda K. Wiley Parcel, Wiley Family Exempt Subdivision, in Township 35
North, Range 119 West, 6th Principal Meridian, Lincoln County, Wyoming, Section 13,
SW1I4SW1I4SW1I4, described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest comer of said aliquot part (also
known as the south-south 1164 comer between sections 13 and 14),
thence S. 0°19' W, 379.2 feet, along the west line of said section 13 to a
point, monumented with a 5/8" X 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2"
aluminum cap inscribed, PAT S. FACTOR THAYNE WY PLS 7049;
thence S. 89°15' E., 388.7 feet, to a point, monumented with a 5/8" X
24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap inscribed, P AT S.
FACTOR THAYNE WY PLS 7049; thence S. 0°19' W., 280.1 feet, to a
point on the south line of said section, monumented with a 5/8" X 24"
steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap inscribed, PAT S.
FACTOR THAYNE WY PLS 7049; thence S. 89°15' E., 271.87 feet,
along said south line, to the southeast comer of said aliquot part (also
known as the west-west 1164 between sections 13 and 24; thence N.
0°20' E., 660.4 feet, along east line of said aliquot part, to the northeast
comer of said aliquot part (also known as the southwest-southwest 1164
section13; thence N. 89°21' W., 660.7 feet, along north line of said
aliquot part, to the point of Beginning. Containing 7.51 acres more or
less.
Including and together with all and singular tenements, hereditaments,
appurtenances, and improvements thereon or thereunto belonging.
Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, rights-of-way, and
easements of sight and/or of record.
