Box 3644, Alpine, Wyoming 83128, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to BRENDA K. WILEY, a married woman as her sole and separate property, P.O. FACTOR THAYNE WY PLS 7049; thence S. 0°19' W., 280.1 feet, to a point on the south line of said section, monumented with a 5/8" X 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap inscribed, PAT S.
