entered into by an between Hugh Gardner Soest and Donna Marie Soest, as
Trustees of The Greenhills Revocable living Trust, flblo Hugh Gardner
Soest and Donna Marie So est, dated June 30, 1989, and Christine Johansson,
P.O. Box 1605, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, concerning that real property
situated in L:i.rx;c1n County, Wyoming and more particularly described as
