Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to wit:

NOTE: This is a boundary adjustment, Grantor warrants title to that part of the described land lying outside of the
land previously conveyed to Grantee in instrument recorded July 12, 1996 in Book 385PR on page 447 of the
Official Records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
TOGETHER WITH a right of ingress, egress and utilities over and across "Big Ridge Road" as described in the
easements recorded January 19, 1996 in Book 379PR on page 188; recorded August 29, 1997 in Book 40lPR on
page 52; and recorded November 17, 2004 in Book 572PR on page 772 of the records of the Lincoln County
Clerk.
