The undersigned borrowers ac owledge that at the time this Power of Attorney and my Security Instrument and any of the fonns, certi lcates, assignments, designations, releases or other documentation are prepared the serial number for the anufactured housing unit may not be available. The manfactured housing unit may be a factory order in t e process of being constructed. Immediately, upon receipt of the serial number, I understand and gree that the above items may be completed and corrected to properly disclose all the applicable orne identifications, including the serial number. I understand that I will be provided with a copy of y corrected agreement. To induce any third party 0 act hereunder, I hereby agree that any third party receiving a duly executed copy of facsimile of this i trurnent may act hereunder, and i for myself and for my heirs, executors, legal representatives and assigns hereby agree to idernnify and hold hannless any such third party ITom and against any and all claims t may arise against such third party by reason of such third party having relied on the provisions of his instrument. I have given this Power of Attorney in connection with a loan/fmancing to be given y Lender and to induce Lender to make the fmancing available.
