Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration, in hand pai~, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged and pursuant to an IRC §1031 tax deferred exchange, CONVEY AND
WARRANT to Real Estate 1031 Exchange, L.L.C" a Wyoming Limited Liability
Company, GRANTEE, whose address is P.O. Box 1550, Afton, Wyoming 83110, the
following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
hereby waiving and re,leasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit

REFERENCE AND INCORPORATION AS IF FULLY SET FORTH HEREIN,
DESCRIBED AS "DESCRIPTION FOR KELLY A. JOHNSON AND
CELIA A. JOHNSON PARCEL Y-AMENDED"
RESERVATION: The Grantors reserving an easement for egress, ingress and
underground utilities, tjeing 60' in width beginning at Bitter Creek Road No. 12-140,
more fully described and shown on that plat titled "Plat to Accompany Amended Parcel
Division Application for Kelly A. Johnson and Celia A. Johnson Parcel Z-1- Amended
and Parcel Z-2- Amended within the S1/2SW1/4 Section 25 SE1/4SE1/4 Section 26
T31 N R119W Lincoln County, Wyoming" dated 4 April 2000 and revised 7 November
2000, prepared by Surveyor Scherbel, L TD, being recorded in the official records of the
Lincoln County Clerk for the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, This reservation of
easement shall run with the land, burdening and benefitting the real property described
in this deed and all of the real property in the S 1/2SW1/4 of Section 25 T31 N R 119
State of Wyoming and that real property described in Book 441 Page 414, parcel X, Y,
Z-1 and Z-2; Book 430 Page 673, parcel Z-1; Book 416 Page 725, parcel B, recorded in
the official records of the Lincoln County Clerk for the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming. .
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging, Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions,
easements, reservations, and rights-of-way and/or record.
