FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the First Horizon Home Loans, a corporation organized
and existing under the laws of the State of Kansas, the mortgage named in that certain
mortgage hereinafter described, does hereby transfer, assign, set over and convey all of
its right, title and interest in and to said mortgage, which was given to said mortgagee by
Chad Allen Raver and appears recorded December 20, 2006 in Book 644 , of
mortgages, Page(s) 324 , in the office of the County Clerk of Laramie County,
Wyoming and which covers property described as follows:

official plat filed on November 8, 2006 as Instrument No. 924197 of the records of ,
the Lincoln County Clerk.
together with the note or notes secured thereby, to Wyoming Community Development
Authority its successors and assigns, subject however, to all of the agreements,
conditions, covenants and stipulations therein contained, as well as all rights of
redemption provided by law.
