WARRANTY DEED
Paul Taggart and Joyce Taggart, husband and wife, Grantors, whose
address is 2888 Muddystring Road, Thayne, WY 83127, for and in consideration
of other valuable consideration and ten dollars ($10) in hand paid, convey and
warrant to Paul Taggart and Joyce Taggart, Trustees, or their successors in trust,
under the Paul and Joyce Taggart Family Trust dated December 22, 2006, for the
benefit of Paul Taggart and Joyce Taggart and their heirs, Grantee, whose address
is 2888 Muddystring Road, Thayne, WY 83127, the following described real
estate:
The property described on Book 91PR, Page 452, Document
Number 425577 on record with the Lincoln County, Wyoming
Clerk and more particularly described on the Warranty Deed
attached hereto as Exhibit Á.
Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and the said
Grantors hereby covenant with the said Grantee that Grantors are lawfully seized
of said premises; that they are free from encumbrances; and Grantors warrant the
title thereto against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except:
restrictions, reservations, easements, and encumbrances of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue
of the homestead exemption laws of this state.
