For ten dollars ($10.00), and other valuable consideration, cash in hand paid, Chevron U,S.A.
Ine" a Pennsylvania corporation, with a place of business at 116 Inverness Drive East, Suite 207,
Englewood, Colorado 80112, ("Grantor"), conveys and specially warrants to the Transportation
Commission of Wyoming with an address of 5300 Bishop Blvd, Cheyenne, WY 82009
("Grantee"), all surface interests only in the following described real estate, together with all
improvements located thereon, lying in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,:
A parcel of land situate in Tract 79 of Resurvey T. 21 N., R. 116 W. of the 6th
P.M., Wyoming, being described by metes and bounds as follows:
Commencing at comer number 2 of said Tract 79;
thence N. 0006' W. along the easterly boundary of said Tract 79 a distance of 694.26 feet
to a point on the northerly right-of-way boundary of U.S. Highway Number 30 North, the
True Point of Beginning;
thence continuing N. 00 06' W. along the easterly boundary of said Tract 79 a distance of
1400.00 feet;
thence leaving the easterly boundary of said Tract 79, S. 89054' W. a distance of 450.00
feet;
thence S. 00 06' E. a distance of 1472.15 feet to a point on the northerly right-of-way
boundary of said U.S. Highway Number 30 North, said point also being on circular curve
concave northerly, the radius of which is 2,141.83 feet and at which point a line tangent
to said curve bears N. 86053' 52.3" E;
thence easterly along the northerly right-of-way boundary of said U.S. Highway Number
30 North and said curve through a central angle of 120 12' 53.2" a distance of 456.61 feet,
more or less, to the point of beginning.
The above described parcel of land contains 14.92 acres, more or less.
The basis of bearing is the easterly boundary of said Tract 79, it being N. 00 06' W.

Excepting and reserving from the above described lands and unto the grantor herein all
oil, gas, minerals, and mineral estate of every kind and nature that can be removed from the
ground without jeopardy to the maintenance or safety of public use or travel upon the surface
estate hereby granted and without using the surface of the lands hereby granted.
SUBJECT to all easements, rights-of-way, and all other interests of record, if any.
GRANTOR warrants title to the property against any person claiming by, through, or
under Grantor, but not otherwise.
